This course will help you understand what is holding you back from the change you really, really want to make but you don't seem able to get to grips with what is stopping you. It will give you strategies to build your self confidence

Act 1 looks at how you got to where you are today and helps you find threads you might not be paying attention to, in order to feel more at peace with things that may have not gone the way you wanted them to

Act 2 builds on what you have learned about the choices you took to bring you today. I provide strategies to think about what you can build on from your Act 1 to actively choose where you want to go.  Act 2 is the reflective Act

Act 3 helps you with strategies for future planning from a more optimistic and less fearful place to start putting into action what you have learned.  You can start exploring your future.
