This course is designed to fast track your understanding of the key elements needed for great leadership.  The core fundamentals are presented in a way that allows you to immediately put into place.

Today, more than ever, it is imperative for leaders to effectively and clearly communicate, therefore,  this course will also address broad concepts of non-verbal ques and meta-language in an effort to enhance your ability to effectively communicate.

Communication and strategies around communication are imperative for today's leader - regardless as to where you are narrating your vision, work strategically within teams for execution or obtaining buy-in from third parties, what you say, and more-so how you say it will directly influence your performance.

In fact, it is safe to say, a person in a leadership role will spend most their time communicating (physical or virtual) with others.

In this course you will navigate through:

• the concept of leadership and start to build a framework to develop your own,

• the concept of emotional intelligence (EQ) and a framework to develop or refine your own, and
